Our staff has gone through the Illy New-York based training program, to provide our customers with the best baristas - and coffees - in town. 

Like perfumes, tea blends are composed of many notes, be they aromatic, fruity, flowery or spiced.

It is only to be expected that Éclair Café would carefully select la crème de la crème of tea: from the renowned and oldest French tea brand, Dammann Frères to best younger tea houses.

France, 1692. Louis 14th grants Sir Dammann the exclusive privilege "to sell, let sell and debit, to the exclusion of all others, all coffees (...), tea, sherbet and chocolate". It marks the beginning of a long and remarkable history and worldwide explorations and adventures to find the best teas. 

Since then, the company has developed and its range of products has multiplied. Today Dammann Frères teas are a symbol of excellence and taste.

Our juices are fresh and in season. We place particular emphasis to find and deliver the best juices we can find nowadays, without sacrificing blends and variety among all of them.

After searching through many producers, we chose to propose you Marchese Farm juices. Marchese Farm is a local, organic and familial farm. Because they don’t use pesticides or other harmful chemicals, they are supporting a healthy way of life, and are deeply involved in responsible farming practices.
